TERMS OF USE

I. Using the Website: By using the Website, you agree to refrain from using any device or program intended to damage or interfere with the operation of the Website or the use that other users are doing of it. You cannot use the Website (i) in any way to commit any crime, fraud, unlawful activity or (ii) illegal or injurious actions towards Skybay Productions, other site users or any other person or entity.

In these terms of use, we use the word Content of the Website to mean text, scripts, logos, images, photographs, artwork, drawings, button icons, ideas, messages, stories, audiovisual works, screenplays, musical compositions, sounds recording, audio clips, and program formats.

The use of data mining, robots, spiders or any automatic or manual device to access or copy the Contents of the Website partially or completely process is prohibited.
It is also forbidden to break or try to break the security of the Site or the server itself.

 

II. Copyright and Intellectual Property: The Content included in or made available through the Website, such as texts, images, logos and audio is the exclusive property of Skybay Productions, or its licensors, or its rights holders, and is protected by Spanish and international copyright, author's rights, database right laws and intellectual property laws.

III. Privacy Policy: in Skybay Productions:  We know how important it is for you the privacy with which we treat your data and the use we make of it. We are fully aware of the trust you place in us and we are dedicated in treating your personal information with care and respect. Skybay Productions is the data controller of your information.

III. a) Categories of the data we collect.

Information you provide to us:  When you access some of our products we require you to register by providing us your email and a password. Your data is encrypted and stored safely in our server. You can choose not to provide this information, but in this case you cannot have access to part of the content of the Website, especially to the audio content. All children under 14 years old may log in with the consent of parents or guardians who are registered and allow the child to access the content.

Also, when you give us your data via telephone, email or any other form of communication we may retain it in order to process your inquiries, respond to your request and improve our services.

III. b) Use and treatment of information: The information we collect is mainly used for the following purposes:

- Enable and manage your access to the audio content of the website.

- Perform maintenance of your account and update our records.

- Communicate with you about your account or send you information about features on our website and applications or changes of our policies.

- Show content in the members section and your favorite lists.

- Provide products or services that you request us.

- Send you offers and promotions of our products and services.

- Optimize or make improvements in our operations, products, services or website.

- To investigate, detect or prevent activities that may be contrary to our policies or applicable law.

- To prevent any violation or abuse of the website.

- To allow third persons or entities carry out the technical support from our website on our behalf. In this case, such persons or entities must comply with this privacy policy and adopt the security measures and confidentiality terms we deem appropriate, which shall be at least those we apply.

Skybay Productions will not share your personal information outside the company  without your prior consent, except in the following cases: (i) judicial or administrative requirement; (Ii) to comply with applicable law; (Iii) to detect or prevent fraud, security or technical issues; (Iv) to protect the rights, property or safety of Skybay Productions, its users or third parties (v) when companies perform services on our behalf; however, these companies are prohibited from using your personal information for purposes other than those requested by us or required by law.

Access to personal data is restricted to those employees, contractors and agents who need to know this information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. We ask individual users to identify themselves and to identify the data you wish to access or that you have requested to change or cancel before processing such request.
